Products and quotations

Product photos, colors, wood grain, dimensions, specifications and prices are provided for reference and may vary by material batch, customization requirements, quantity, and confirmed quotation. Custom and OEM orders become binding only after both sides confirm the specification, price, production details, and delivery arrangement.

Custom files and rights

When you upload artwork, drawings, logos, or reference images, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for production and inquiry purposes. We may refuse requests that appear to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Shipping, customs and taxes

International shipping is arranged through SF Express International or cooperating carriers where available. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, remote area charges, and other government or carrier charges may apply according to destination rules and shipment facts. Unless expressly agreed in writing, those charges are not included in the product price.
