Shipping & Customs

For the launch period, standard product orders use a fixed international shipping charge of $20. This keeps checkout simple while our operations team confirms the best route for each destination.

After an order is placed, we arrange shipment through SF Express or a comparable international logistics partner based on the delivery address. When the carrier provides a tracking number, we update the order so the customer can follow the package.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International shipments may be reviewed by the destination country or region. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage charges and related local fees are handled according to the destination rules and may be collected from the buyer by the carrier or local authority.

If a product, destination or bulk order needs a different logistics plan, please contact us before placing the order and we will confirm the available shipping path manually.
